Today’s episode of the AEC Leadership Today podcast features Pamela Scott, Founder and Executive Coach at Mentor Loft. We all have gaps – individually, as a team, and as an organization – but how do we: 1) recognize them, and 2) bridge them?

Pam started her company more than 20 years ago. For much of that time, Pam has coached engineers and architects to be leaders in their companies.
